Some of the members of the Dulzianconsort Double Reed Tales Berlin have known each other since their studies at the HfK Bremen, the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis and the UdK Berlin.
For over 10 years, they have repeatedly performed together in changing constellations as specialists for historical woodwind instruments in leading European ensembles together.
The idea of founding a 5-part dulcian consort was born, to perform the rarely played repertoire for this instrumentation.
In 2025, the ensemble's work will continue with the program “Das Narrenschiff”.
Among other things, there will be performances in the concert series “Titans Rising” (Kirche am Lietzensee Berlin) and in the concert series “Freitagsklänge” (Trinitatiskirche Charlottenburg).
